What is the presence of Stage Yellow and Turquoise people like?

It doesn't seem like there's a lot of information on this topic.

What is the presence of Stage Yellow and Turquoise people like? Just like how we can determine who is an alpha male just by observing their body language, how do we figure out who's Yellow and Turquoise?

I remember Leo talked about about the presence of Turquoise for a bit in the Turquoise episode, but I'm just trying to get more of an understanding of it.

Turquoise is like your typical Enlightenment guru.  Think of meeting Mooji at a bar and the two of you had a beer and talked.  That's Stage Turquoise.  Yellow is the brilliant philosopher or artist who sees in 3-D whereas most other people see in 2-D and is very wise and focused on solving conceptual and aesthetic problems, but conceptual and aesthetic problems that have a practical effect to them.  Think of Steve Jobs.  Think of certain artists and certain visionaries.  Think of certain thinkers.  Yellow is very clear about who they are as an individual and aren't really beholden to any group identity.  But usually Yellow is oriented towards trying to contribute something back to reality like Green is.  In other words, Yellow has a big picture Life Purpose.  Yellow is not just trying to make money and feed their family like Orange is.
