Taking only one's perspective (Leo's in this case) can be somehow frustrating. I learned that myself. Try different books, integrate their wisdom, not for literally, and see problems from different perspectives. Maybe you're stuck in a loop where you think you can be better than you are in the present. (Let me know if that's the case because I recently discovered a book that really helped me get through this).
