How can you Master the field Business?

7 posts in this topic

Business is everywhere and in many forms (Sales, Marketing, Accounting etc) right?

In what way can you spend 10.000 hrs in a subject that is so huge and with many levels? Can you ''master'' a such big subject as business?

It is but it would potentially take longer because there are so many aspects. You can become incredibly versatile in all sorts of fields or you could become an ultra specialist in a single field, find your niche and serve that market.

And then different industries do business slightly better so you could become say an expert in green marketing and support companies in becoming more environmental...oh man imagine your value down the road in 15 years now where the world is realising the impact of heavy industries and high emissions.....that being said, business is mainly  profit driven which may not be the most fulfilling life as long as money is a primary drive.

@Michael569 Exactly my thoughts! I  had my LP course done and my LP is  to Support and promote consciousness in business. Cause i am very industrial as a strength and i want to serve the virtue of consciousness.

So i have to master the business and to promote consciousness. However i had second thoughts how can you master a big field like business? It has so many levels to master and i am already 31.

Due to the fact i am an accountant, i  was thinking just to create one small  startup (vegan stuff)  in order to do practice and be a very good all around player in conscious business.

@George Fil don't underestimate the amount of impact one human can have if they put their mind and heart into something.  At the same time, it may be difficult to master everything as there will always be experts who will likely be more knowledgable in single areas . Perhaps focus on one market segment instead of trying to change all of them and with time you may expand.

Remember the goal of life purpose is that "there is no goal". You do this because it is the most meaningful thing to you. Your intuition will tell you if you are doing the right thing if you listen to it.

Keep on learning and improving every day,  and with months and years, the situation will clear itself, you LP may change many times over your life.

Business, at the highest levels is about your own psychology and people.

The grand masters of business do not know everything about sales, marketing or even accounting, but they are the best in the world at attracting and keeping wonderful talent that does all that for them.

Also they have their internal psychology handled too a much higher degree than does the average person.

At least most of my experience tells me that CEOs usually are bad at a lot of business aspects, they are just the shepperds herding the sheep towards a vision.

I was not ready for that answer untill my business did not make it. Now i can relate how true it is.

Grow ourself, grow our worker, and the business will grow by itself
