Extra Toil So Friends Can Get Salvation Too

If you are in a burning house, would you rescue a friend on your way out; risking your own livelihood?

I believe that @Leo Gura effectively puts extra effort to help us get to the paradise with him. Leo would get there sooner if he wouldn't wait for us.
