This is an amazing book teaching the way of mindful eating.

It is

  • simple
  • a quick and pleasant read
  • very practical
  • motivating

I have struggled with my relationship with food for quite some time. This book helped me to start overcoming these difficulties and actually start enjoying my meals.

You will also learn some basic mindfulness meditation techniques, tips for exercising, choosing healthy food and buying environmental friendly products.
