A little progress in Self Enquirey

I only really get time about once a week for self enquiry and so I've been doing this for about 2 years. I have posted before about some progress with this.

I just wanted to post the following video which is really, really useful. I listened to it on Friday afternoon, then I listened to it before self enquiry twice on Monday morning.

This time, I felt like a 10 tonne weight had landed on my whole body and shoulders, well and head really everywhere. I had not had this before.

And then I started entering the rapid heart beat stage, but wasn't sure whether to close my eyes or not (as I do this open eyed) and alas, I closed my eyes and it started to subside.

However, now I got that far twice, I'm pretty certain now that it will come, and I think if you can take the urgency out of it, that's a good thing when it comes to meditation, right?

The other thing I do is vary the question Who am I ? a lot. This isn't specifically spelled out to us, however I feel that the words in the questions are just labels, and we all have a different meaning for each label, so, be safe and ask a few different questions. "You" will know the meanings when you hear it! ;)

Forgot to say, for a 10 minute meditation, I felt great afterwards!!!
