Isn't that some sort of strange loop? Or going full-circle?

Life is cyclical, reality is cyclical. We can see why.

But why exactly history of humanity is cyclical?

What bothered people 2,000 years ago still bothers us today.

Self-created suffering for example.

Can we ever progress in this particular way?
