A Very Simple recipe for the good life

Step 1. Avoid all judgemental/ critical content/ people. Podcasts, news, videos, music lyrics, movies, critical people

Step 2. Meditate for at least 5-10 minutes

step 3. listen to this for at least 10 minutes
 


Step 4. repeat daily or 2x daily


I did this for a week before the holidays and I began to feel a wonderful sense of happiness and well being fill me that lasted all day and all night.
