Feeling Like I Need To Do More

Many times after I meditate, I feel like I need to do more for it to be effective at all.

The problem is though, while meditating I feel good in the beginning, and after a while I keep wanting to stop because it takes a long time.

 

What should I do, meditate longer and sit through the thoughts of wanting to stop, or meditate less?

Meditation and forcing, are two sides of the same rope. 

Set a time. 5-10-20-30 minutes... Whatever feels appropriate. 

Do not fight. Allow. Let go. When time for meditation is up, enjoy life. 

Also, look into self-worth issues ;)
