Wim hof method / tummo meditation

I've been doing mindfulness meditation the last two years for around 20 mins everyday . 

 

Im thinking about replacing my mindfulness meditation practice with 30 minutes of Wim hof method for the next few moths .

what do you guys think of using Wim hof method as a form of meditation ?

My other idea is just to do 5 minutes of Wim hof breathing before I start meditation

@herghly Yeah, start with the breathing and use it to relax into meditation. Tummo is amazing for building energy.
