Discipline.

This is one area I want to drastically improve. 

I am disciplining myself to go to the gym even when I don’t want to. I am resisting foods that are empty calories. I am moderating or cutting back on a lot of things (I’ll admit, I simply cannot give up a nice cold beer once in awhile). 

It’s difficult, not going to lie. But, I’m going to push through it. I have to.
