Usually when I walk I try to keep my attention on just being, or my body, it works..

But today I felt inspired to visually keep my attention on my body as well, this was surprisingly effective at keeping my center still instead having it to to other people automatically together with unnecessary social thinking, and thus was able to keep my calm really much better than usually.

Lmfao i've just had this realization lately how amazing it is to be trapped in this body and sometimes i just move my bodyparts and look at them like how fucking amazing it is to be able to move my arms etc. It's actually quite ridiculous when you start to think about it. It's like the conciousness is a small mouse piloting this huge robot.
