Sadhguru On Sexuality

Found something very interesting, especially the first article. Do you guys think this means sex is a no go? Unless it's commuted to one partner? Or is sex a no go only when you are attatched to it shown in the second article?

@Chrissy j Sadhguru most critical life advice is this: Be conscious.

When sexuality is a compulsive behavior it reinforces unconsciousness. When you are deeply conscious, then it, of course comes from a place of higher consciousness.

To make this lesson more practical:

1) I am currently observing celibacy, nofap, transmutation, etc. Not to demonize sex, but ascetic practice in addition to consciousness work can be very powerful for becoming more mindful and losing attachment naturally. It's hard to be as conscious when you're busy enacting the compulsive behavior. The catch is you can't recognize unconscious behavior when you're unconscious, which is why abstaining from questionable action patterns can help you step back and put life in perspective.

2) Just keep doing consciousness work. The more conscious you become, the easier it will be to intuitively understand what life is best for you.
