How To Set Healthy Boundaries

This is an important topic, especially when doing enlightenment work because on the spiritual path, you tend to take judgements less seriously and so good/bad tends to transforms into neutral. Existentialy everything is neutral but if I eat food with a lot of unhealthy fats this has physical consequences on my body, energy level and mental clarity, it's the same with information, people and places, so it's better to align with what I perceive as good.... If I perceive both good/bad as equal than there is no need to defend the good and bad becomes tolerable.
