Is Sungazing Real?

So i heard about a study on sungazing a while back, and it sounded kindda too good to be true, and i didnt think  much of it. but recently i saw leo's episode on paranormal phenomenon and how much is posible, so i was wandering if anyone have any experience or accounts of sungazing.

Well sun light is good for your eyes, looking straight at the sun is not. Not sure sure what sungazing is about either.
