Visualizations And How To Be Funny

Ok so I recently watched Leo's video on how to be funny it is a great video but I've encountered two problems.

first problem is that I struggle to visualize second problem is that he says in the video visualize yourself seeing funny stuff everywhere 

and being a rascal but how exactly do I visualize myself seeing funny everywhere and being a rascal I'm struggling and if someone could help me out I would appreciate it.

The best way to make yourself funny is to laugh at yourself. This will invite others to laugh at, and with you, because it is not them you are making a joke of. The best comedians make a fool of themselves.

To visualize that is to simply remember your most embarrassing, or 'doh' moments.
