Turn inwards

6 posts in this topic

Caring about what people think means you are dependent on extrinsic validation.
Feeling lonely means you're disconnected from yourself and have rejected parts of yourself.
Being at peace means you turn inwards and find validation within yourself and love and accept all parts of yourself.
Being at peace with yourself gives you the courage to be vulnerable, let yourself be seen, and express your authentic self freely.
Behind expressing yourself lays most of the clarity, growth and fulfillment you want.

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

When I turn inward do I go left first or turn right and then continue?
I’m turning but please clarify.

this is supposed to be a compression statement, the big picture, a map.
i will try to write a long from detailed version of it.

but basically, this insight is a rooted in shadow work, self acceptance, vulnerability, self esteem, and my understanding of love.

here are some resources i studied and contemplated on about this:

what i mean by turn inwards, in this context, is something like contemplate why you care about what people think (examples: you have some deep unconscious beliefs about your worth that are caused by past experiences, or you learned when you are young to fear being the real you and you should always perform in front of people so you don't get punished or something...)
and ask what parts of yourself you are rejecting? do you hate the lazy version of you? the version of you that's behind in life? the version of you that desires certain things? do you hate the inner resistance you experience?...)
and what mental habits that effect your self trust, which then snowball and effect how you see yourself and your inner worth and self esteem? and do you do what you say you would do, which increases your self efficacy?  because self esteem depends on self efficacy and self trust.

these sorts of questions, I'm sure they'll be different from person to another.
