Mystery method summary a1 till a3

5 posts in this topic

I think I finally get the mystery method after reading it many times. You open indirectly. Give an IOD (indicator of disinterest, like a neg) mixed with a DHV (demonstration of higher value). Therefor you grow in status above her without showing your interest in her. If she shows interest in you. Then you qualify her and do compliance tests, when she does that. You reward that and do another compliance test. If she doesn't qualify or comply you go back to doing an IOD and DHV, till she shows interest again and then you do an compliance test. Once she has qualified herself she has proven to be equally high value as you and that is when comfort comes. This is the easiest way to explain a1, a2 and a3 from the mystery method, where it goes from uninterested and hard to get, towards her winning you over because you reward her compliance and show high value traits/stories/routines whatever.

What does this mean about what I need to change in my game: no more direct openers, because you are showing interest without her compliance and qualifying to you, which is a DLV from your side. Working especially on Dhvs more and IOD's. Only reward good behavior and without compliance go back towards IODS and DHV's. So maybe I need to do a bit of magic and negging again, my favorite neg is like sneezing in a tissue, as it is not mean, you are just blowing your nose, which you wouldn't do to someone you are interested in. Also I need to spend more time on qualifying and compliance, not going too soon into comfort, she has to win me over.

It is 3 in the morning as I am writing this lol, but I just got excited by reading it again, because now things start to click and make sense. Because after doing so much game I can finally see why this makes sense and it is actually very chill, low interest at first, just being high value and demonstrating high value only after she complies and qualifies herself can I show interest. So hot and cold is basically rewarding her for complying and giving IOD's for not complying or qualifying.

if anyone studied mystery method let me know what you think of my summary of a1 till a3.

Oh yeah last thing I forgot is to not fall into her frame, because you can do all of this, but fall into her frame by guessing her age or answering all of her questions and all the other small compliance tests she does for you and that you fall into. So you can't comply to her in the beginning atleast, from a1 till a3, because she doesn't deserve your investment yet untill she has invested herself.

Mystery method is almost impossible to learn by yourself, so I wouldn’t bother with it unless you can get coaching from someone who was trained by Mystery or Mystery.

That’s actually just one small aspect of it.

I heard he had an old product called mind of mystery which has a lot of infield of him doing it, so if you could track down that it may help. I haven’t been able to find it, it’s not been for sale in a long time.

@Raze I was looking for it too, it's a bit difficult that there is so little infield, beckster is the only one that has some infield that is useful.
