How you should look at spiral dynamics is like a spine. And every vertebrae is a stage of development. 

Some vertebrae might be developed and other might not be.

Ken Wilber does say that every person has center of gravity. That is basically your median.

currently I’m integrating sd orange for a stable spiral spine so to say. 
 

This explains why you can be at a high stage and still have some problems like addiction, anger issues or other personality problems. For example when you lack discipline and you have addictions you might be in red and you need to anchor your red shadow to integrate it into blue. 

What about green?

From what you post I sense you need to integrate more of green.

As for me, yes, I do need to achieve financial independence.
