Dosage for 5-MeO-MALT vs 5-MeO-DMT?

Is one stronger than the other?

If I breakthrough on 25mg of 5-MeO-DMT plugged should I expect the same for MALT? 

What range would you call low, medium, high, extreme? For MALT plugged
