solitude VS loneliness

What percentage of your week do you spend alone VS with other people(family, coworkers, friends, etc)?

and how often do you feel lonely?

I feel lonely often since I work from home and live alone, I wonder how common this is.

in 2026 I have greatly improved at this, I play sports 2 times a week, once a week I join a coworking group at a cafe and once a week I visit family or friends.

So I see people 4 times a week on avg, Also I got a dog. This is better than last year but I still feel lonely often.
