A good exercise for seeing God

1 post in this topic

Sit in your room on your bed or a chair and stare at the wall or a object for a long time until you see everything start breathing, and you can start to un-mesh the rigidness of the hallucination and you see how fluid everything is, vibrating in "your" mind. And you see how you (God) is creating and imagining it all. The solidness of everything starts to untangle and you see "mind" constructing it. And apply that to everything you have and have not experienced or ever been aware of in human form, including everything in all different planes as well. But it's all one thing doing/constructing it all. All of infinity coming out of that same "place" "mind". Of course this exercise is way more powerful if you take a psychedelic since they naturally untangle and modify the hallucination. But you can still do it without just requires more focus on the present. Both together is radical. So you do this and then you also see that you, the human form sitting there is the same thing. That's when you start unraveling yourself and moving beyond being human.

And then you see the hallucination intensely and how "you" are imagining it all.

I also want to point out that you can do this, but it's so easy to naturally revert back into your full human mode. Keep that same awareness intact as much as you can regularly. When your ego's story starts reigning control again, just realize what is happening and you can always be a step ahead of that. Like, "being on top of your human form" so to speak

It's so cool because everywhere you go and everything you do, you see it in a different light. Like when you go outside for example, you see how all of that is "mind". All of your surroundings.

Funny too when you realize that a situation or experience that you had (or any thing had) of some kind, any kind, is mind hallucinating that story/experience. Like the visceral of it. Visceral situation/experience being imagined. Kind of hard to explain in words because language can only go so far before you can't find the words to explain. You know when you're in the right state.

Another great exercise on top is to go through different memories and being able to see all of those as the same thing. The hallucination is so powerfully intact, it's insane.
