Have you found any form of psychotherapy useful, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), or do you know of any other people with conditions similar to yours who have?

I am particularly interested as to whether any have tried Internal Family Systems (IFS), as it is a therapy explicitly designed for managing internal conflicts between various parts of ourselves.  Constructive conversation with one's self is actually encouraged by the process, so I am curious as to whether you have ever tried having a meaningful conversation with your voices after you realized they belonged to you?
