Since I discovered this egregor I have become paranoid and I am afraid of appearing “simp” all the time.

It's important to understand the deeper mechanisms at play in attraction and not just the surface level tactics. Some dating coaches talk about never simping or appearing high value.

I like the definition of simping that says operating in a framework where you're getting less value than you're giving out in a relationship with a woman. So that could be simping for IG models that don't acknowledge your existence, being the beta orbiter that does a ton of favors for a girl that doesn't do much for you, or even these dynamics can exist in a toxic one-sided marriage.

The greater lesson is to understand social dynamics and awareness of the world so you can recognize when you're taken advantage of. When your "simping" is reciprocated, that's not a bad thing that's called an awesome relationship.

It's also why it's important to offer a lot of value to others. People that simp usually don't offer much and think their interest in women is gonna be enough.

Oh, Owen Cook does that all the time now that I think about it. That makes sense.

What is your view on Owen Cook these days? I know he was instrumental to you in some way at some point, from a post I read a long time ago.

If you could let me know what you think of his concept of "Holding Frame" as well, I would appreciate it.

Useful for understanding attraction at a basic level, but it's not everything. Depending on the woman and how developed you both are consciously, I think there is a LOT more wiggle room than constantly "Holding Frame". You could lose frame, and it would not matter so much. That's what I think, although the concept of frame does make sense generally. It's more of something I hold in my head loosely. Like most frameworks, ultimately, it's not perfect.

I think some men would try to hold a frame, but it would be totally fake or repressed. Then they would also hide how they feel about things. Not act as authentically as they really could. Etc.

I just act with pure intention, as I am, and meet people wherever they are at. As open and honest as I can be. I am very emotionally stable from all of the work I have done.

From Google: Frame: the ability to maintain your mental strength, confidence, and personal reality when facing social pressure or outside stress.

That's the basis of what Owen calls Frame. I am sure some people hold it neurotically and repress themselves emotionally to play face, which seems like the core issue with it, if I could name one thing.
