Scratching every idea about contemplation before contemplating something

Just noticed there is a big difference when one does this . It's like everything is so much clearer when you start . Remember that place where Jack sparrow is in the third film where he has ' died ' with all the other Jack sparrows , it's basically a Minecraft flat world but in ' real life ' , and everything is white and in the distance it's all white . That is how fucking clear it feels , like a breath of the freshest air ever by the ocean  . O-m-g

Why would I not scratch every idea I have about something when contemplating a subject . The truth stands clear . The truth stands clear , ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . Clearer then if ... Then if ... Then if I were to not scratch every idea right or ? Maybe I'm tripping
