Sleep Paralysis Episodes

I'm sharing this to try to understand more about it. I haven't heard of anyone having this same experience before.

I've had these recurrent episodes of sleep paralysis for the past few years where I'll hear a voice. It usually sounds like it is coming from above me and it always sounds like it is in a language I don't know. Whenever this voice starts speaking I start to feel this electric feeling all over my body. Sometimes it will start in my arms, legs, or back and spread to my whole body. It's not quite the sensation of my limbs falling asleep, but more like a huge amount of energy flowing through my body. At one point the sensation was so intense it felt like I had an entire body made of electricity. Usually when I wake up there's a slight amount of that same energy running along my back. 

I'm hoping to have some more insight on what this is about. The voice that triggers it sort of freaks me out.
