Expressing the inexpressible is undoable .

I want to express something which I comprehend . But I’m failing . Because it can’t be said. For if I say it I would spend all of eternity talking about it.  Because as reality is endless and contains endless details and never-ending flow , I would need to catch up with every new moment within the ever changing world. To explain to you what reality is and how it works , I would need to keep talking forever , but to no avail .

the notion of “Absolute Truth “ is very problematic in my mind.  Reaching the Absolute Truth is usually imagined as  discovering a piece of information ,or a sentence ,or  an insight that would make everything finally snap into its place forever . But an insight is a kind of understanding. Understanding is a form of thoughts. Thoughts never stop changing. The Absolute Truth as a static thing which is imagined as a great profound clarity and understanding of everything, is impossible. Because, everything changes . The insight won’t stay glued into your possession forever .

The statement “ Absolute Truth is X” is no longer true as soon as I finish uttering this statement.  So where is the absolute truth? It’s gone . And then I read a scientific article and I’m thinking about how to improve my health . A different thought occupies my mind now  . Do I have to keep repeating to myself “Absolute Truth is X” nonestop ? Every time I say it .. it’s gone .

consider this statement “ human beings are evolving collectively towards holistic unification of every single disagreement regarding what is the correct political position that brings equality and heaven on earth to all people “

is this statement true ? No . Why ? Because maybe there are no such things as human beings . Because reality is a flow of never ending changing unfixed boundaries. There is no such thing as “ a human being “ which is always the same thing for two split seconds .

To have complete understanding of reality and to tell it to others ,you need to spend endless time , as endless as reality itself talking without even making 0% progress. Because all of that talking disappeared. You have to start again . Obviously you will fail again .

then there is this thing we all know but can never be said .

please discuss.
thanks .

A Leo quote:  “ When your understanding of Reality gets high enough, Reality becomes a never-ending mystical experience.

That's the point.“

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

never-ending flow

Point of clarification:  in total, a never-ending flow, is static.  It's not flowing.  It can't, because, each and every moment is never-ending.  While awareness is approaching the infinite, it's flowing.  If it ever apprehends the infinite, then, the flow becomes fixed.  The trick is to match the flowing, not the flow itself.

I refer to this often.  I apologize if I've linked to it before.

What if the word "Truth" is replaced with "Consistent"?  Absolute Truth is a type of consistency where there are no outliers.  Or, another word choice, maybe "Absolutely congruent" is another way to conceptualize the concept.  Congruence, consistency is evaluated with 3 conditions:

  1. Same form
  2. Same function
  3. Same size / scope

The Absolute Truth as a static thing

Yes...

Everything changes... with one and only one exception. :)

Yes, but there are exceptions.  Example:  "I know that it cannot be known."  Gnostic-Agnosticism, where "it" is the "Absolute".  It's absolutely true, always and forever?  Agreed?  "I know the absolute cannot be known" because "The absolute distiguishes between knowing and ignorance."  This is an example of an absolute truth.  It's true because the negation is infinite, and the mind is able to apprehend "negating", the action, without losing itself in iterations.

Mystical = Mysterious = forever open to the new, the different, and the unexpected

IOW, life becomes a never-ending question mark.  That "question-mark" is absolutely true, static, even though it is always and forever expanding.   The questioning is consistent, even if the questions are not.

It really doesn't matter how much or how little you say about "it"... because whatever you (don't) say about it isn't it, and also it is. So any spiritual (non-)teaching worth its salt will always in some way point beyond the words (and the perspective(s) that they express).
