Looking for a specific reference video

Hi, a (long) while back @Leo Gura had posted a reference video on his blog that explained living in a Russian society - it was a middle aged Russian woman. I've tried finding it for myself but couldn't/the blog doesn't have a search feature. 

If anyone could link it/share leads it would help thanks.

Protip: it was the first search result when I googled „site:actualized.org/insights russia”. Even though the blog doesn’t have a search function, you can pretty easily find things using google this way.
