Great video on why we should relax and let history unfold itself like it has done throughout time immemorial. It's easy to get caught up in world events and think they are unprecedented but actually each renaissance and enlightenment throughout history has not resulted despite hard times but because of it. Leo has talked about it before too: death and destruction is the mode in which new things arrive.

Yeah people are fearmongering everywhere from all sides, on any topic these days. Not that it's completely unjustified, but things aint that bad. Best to just ignore the news tbh, but it can be good entertainment and a way to pass time
