Jim Newman is really good.

Just discovered this guy recently, and every time I listen to him, more and more of the sense of separate self just seems to melt away without any effort. Kinda magical really. :)  It's gotten to the point now that when I think of memories of the past, there are impressions of past events, but I can't find a me in those memories, quite trippy.

I love Jim Newman, although I don't agree with almost anything he says.

He would say, "Yeah, you wouldn't" :D

I'm curious, what part do you disagree with the most ?

Yes, well said. It’s like looking for your beloved pet at the meat market.

You're right!  That is why I like him.  He is also hilarious.  He is one of the few I like.

Yeah, he's pretty down to earth. It's a radical message nonetheless.

I wouldn't say he is down to earth, quite the opposite.  But this could just be my interpretation.

It's fascinating watching people running up against a type of brick wall during the interviews.

Unless the wall is made of breeze blocks breezing through the blockage. lol

That's the same podcast that interviewed Leo once. Jim got a bit impatient towards the end.

It doesn’t matter because nothing that’s said can be proven or disproven, it’s all good, perfectly as it is, no question about it. Nothing is ever in danger.

Yeah.  He seems a little brittle in this interview.

I think he just got impatient because she wasn't listening. She would immediately fire away with a counter question, without allowing for split second to let the message sink in at all.

I think the shtick gets old and becomes a burden to bear too.
