@enchanted people live on fruits, it has sodium, so does veggies. We don't need rock salt that's a different compound to sodium, it's sodium chloride. makes you retain old water thus old emotions.

sodium (Na) is found in fruit and vegetables. sodium chloride (NaCl) is salt. You do not need NaCl
