If you want a local AI to transcript your audio to text whisper.cpp is lightweight local too works incredibly fast and it has minimum system requirements

I would say my biggest use case for it is to enhance my cognition. I tend to have deep and nuanced ideas and it's hard to convey them to people and get feedback on them. Helps me fix my blind spots especially as I tend to fall into intellectual narcissism and not see the flaws in how I interact with people at times.

The use case I'm most excited about it more business oriented. I'm working on a dating brand and just built a forum for it and I just ask gemini what to do for each step and then do it and it gives me updates. I've also started to use it for a bit of code and game development and since I'm low frustration tolerance it's been a godsend in both helping me manage my emotions but also just tell me what to do step by step.

It's pretty wild even a world class coach isn't gonna be there with you all day everyday, just 1-2 consulting calls with you per week at the very most. Like honestly it's to the point where you can ask it "I want to make $1,000,000 in the next 3 years in game development, can you come up with a timeline for these 3 years and break down my week this week on what tasks I need to do" and you're well on your way to making your million.

I think overall it's gonna solve the global economy in a few years I don't see why not, it benefits everyone. Like you could basically ask it "What are the current legislative and supply chain bottlenecks to be able to give everyone on earth $2000 USD in real income? Consider that most of that needs to be spend on housing and food so you can consolidate those verticals and find ways to reduce costs using marginal cost saving strategies. Give an ETA to when that will be possible."

As I matter of fact I did ask it that and apparently we're looking at 2045-2050 for post scarcity. Looking forward to it, thanks Gemini!
