This topic, the mind, meditation, what they call enlightenment, it's not properly explained, it's full of myths, lies and mistakes. It's the most fascinating field that exists nowadays. This is real, not a brunch of bullshits, this is the step that a human have to do if you are a neurotic Western because the trap that is our reality is closing, and reality always find a next phase of existing. We are reality in its dynamism moving forward. It's not a delirium, just the reality, and the openess to your nature is the real change, the freedom that is the only possibility of sanity
