I’m suprised you ask. I say it based on clear personal experience. I can elaborate but maybe you just wondered about that, what I based it on. 
 

I have looked up the definition, so yea it is like it says when you look it up. Then there can be experiences that are not so clear if it’s mutual between two people or if only one person has ability to access info 

Maybe I’m making sense or not

What is the difference between something like social cues, such as subtle facial expressions and other forms of communication being picked up on, vs telepathy?
