energy management

2 posts in this topic

I am noticing in my work energy is so important so I have been taking a good look at what is actually wasting energy. Sometimes I sleep more, sometimes I relax intentionally and even if I have a bit more energy that way, it isn't the energy that makes me feel vital and alive. So what I am starting to really think about is the importance of balance, going from one state of an emotion like anger to more the opposite force, like peace or whatever the opposite of anger is.

Also being in flow state for the sake of energy. For example, when your in flow there is no force therefor very energetically efficient, your basically present to the moment, but instead of being present in inaction (meditation) flow state feels like energy and allignment that is active, what in my opinion is more important then meditation.

Also not being super restricted, like drinking a cup of coffee in a coffeeshop doesn't cost much, but I am so disciplined with my money that I restrict myself from experiencing simple stuff that is enjoyable and peaceful. Getting a coffee and reading a book in a coffeeshop makes me at peace and in allignment or going to a cool museum, but yet I never do it. So not restricting money too much, enjoying things in life feels important also with things that cost a little bit of money.

And lastly I would say not being too disciplined or using force in general, being more in a flow state, initial force to get into a flow state is different than putting out effort throughout the whole day into everything you do. If you have any other ideas, let me know. I hope it helps someone.
