Rest doesnt mean sleep, it means Echo Chamber (30 mins. to an hour read)

4 posts in this topic

One should exercise a degree of patience and read through this carefully when you have the time to do so,

I'll explain why "Rest = Echo Chamber"; As we go. This is intricate. You need a good 30 minutes, to an hour to read this all. Get some popcorn.

Introduction (skip to "illustration" to get right to the point, if you must)

I want to give yous a strategy, a way to represent thoughts, feelings and emotions into a form that can be communicated; however, it should be known that this version is going to take on descriptive, and often, somewhat abstract and illusionary dimensionality, And its up to the rest of yous to reframe it in a way that makes sense, that resonates or rests upon those relative places where yous are at currently.

You may have heard this phrase before, wherein, in as much the same way we view, or physically look after a young child (like a baby or a little one) and all their subsequent qualities, the pent-up energy and excitement, libido and knack for getting into all sorts of trouble, it is the same way we have to look after our subconscious mind. Later on we start to find wisdom within, subtle intuitive guidance that stems from a journey through those bespoke ""inner dimensions.

Let me preface w/ this term "The Conscious Field". Its important to know that this is coming from an abstract place, not a "place of awareness" around a physical body. I say this, since it was raised during an episode of Leo's  And so,  its one of those things you should always try to keep in mind, to start out w/, giving ppl a chance to understand it.

Not many people are aware of the levels of abstract reality that are in constant flux underneath discernements of said reality. So we need a way to figure this out, how to bridge one dimension → to another dimension. I use this word alot, "istemi", and that is the placeholder word, the bridge between ourselves, Ousia (Being) and the metaphysical reality, the place that words cannot touch (that cannot touch words), that cannot represent or recreate, 'cause've its Eternal form.

Ισιους and the Mystics of the Desert were just as much enthralled w/ the subconscious mind (felt-realms) and figuring out how to relate it back into words. Its a place that not many people go on a daily basis. The mind blocks that part of reality. Society blocks that part of reality. You may recognize, anytime you bring up the desert fathers or spirituality, anything around 'Higher realms of it, You are being blocked for some strange reason. Hey, i may even get blocked just by writing this.

Illustration: So here's the point. We crave what we've regarded as the pinnacle (in our head), those passages, meta-biology of our mind, a physical mind, a metaphysical mind. We crave the Echo Chamber, the place where everyone can finally rest.

Ive tried to reframe, to stay reserved, to hold back any pee and poo that may flood out (from out of my soul), upon this section; flooding it w/ my crazy, non-relatable ideas, not only as much as, 'cause've how i find myself in some of the more hairy'er areas that dont necessarily conform to the *felt-meditation through speech — by which we are actively, or temporarily piecing together ideas of "oneness" (or just "one", w/ emphasis), "consciousness", or "awakening", or "infinity" (interweaved w/ creation)  But also, i am using these ideas as reoccurring motifs, repetitively, to indicate our higher place: "pinnacle" or "self" ~Which in turn is then restarting that *felt-meditation machine, towards the same place, over and over again (""Self as the Echo Chamber, or the Echo Chamber of the Self), irrespective to the liquid mercury running below our active steps, kinetic changes, seasons, the reimagining that  would  re~acquire  the same perspectives and the same mindset (our position), over and over.

Getting back to the point — Our Serotonin (Serotonin Center and other median points) They ARE the Echo Chamber. So is Salvia. Salvia is an Echo Chamber;  Clarity / Awakening is an Echo Chamber. A Life Crisis is an Echo Chamber. Falling Asleep is an Echo Chamber. A Field of Radishes are the Echo Chamber. Hedgehogs and Bunny rabbits are the Echo Chamber. Waking up is the Echo Chamber.

Why do we gravitate towards that echo chamber, that self-authorized, efficacious speech, painted by numbers, drawn for the illustrated purposes and visions, illustrating our experience [to the self and others] painted in colors of glitter, fibrous textiles and textures ~upon the quartz and other stone objects. Why do we crave the mirror realm, the forsaken place thats only ever been visited through periodic self-acknowledgement.

The Echo Chamber is a feature, not a bug. The Conscious Field is such that, it requires periodic awakenings and felt/agreed upon meditations, meditative feelings that feel shared ~not with people, but with what you regard as "a crowd" or as a busy street (a busy mind). These things are conceptual. Empty and full is real and conceptual. Rough and smooth is real and conceptual. In this sense, and as readers continue in participating in whats become the 'exception to the rule, Yous are allowing the abstract to come forth as "Elements of the ocean~come to shore", And Leave aligned a~sea~shells, And barnacles upon your arch-door. Enter a room with which you can then fill up *sacred identities.

The following is abstract. Its a riddle, a gift, an easy read if you take it piece by piece~which is also the idea on, The stories we tell ourselves, The stories we live on a daily basis; Speaking to the active thoughts and feelings, wherein we may shelter Our Pinnacle, Whether it be literal, symbolic or abstract, We must ask if it directly pertains to "that thing you are doing"; And if so, you may ask: "Does it serve that thing you are doing?" Think on that.

To worship the self as the literal, elementary vers. of self, is to misunderstand the Ocean, the Forgotten Sea, And all the Sea turtles, barnacles and clam shells that made you up~up to that point. You are greater than the sum of the parts, as the cosmic self, the Echo Chamber. Because all that exists, and all you want is within an abstract Echo Chamber of Secrets, that which has been in the terrain since the beginning~as an unknown, unacknowledged paradox, the Direct Conscious Field within a satirical dilemma, As the "now" and "that which is to come" are tangled; That is, any moment of "now" has already passed, and the mind is always in a state of "anticipating and predicting whats to come".

So We need to be careful w/ how we talk about "Us" and "The Self" and "The Conscious Field", or atleast, we have to tread lightly whilst we work towards it. In the center is a hollow depression, something we regard as chemical, serotonin (and other chemicals) but its more like a serapeum, physical in a brain-scan sense, physical like egypt's temples, and things like this, But it is also just as metaphysical and symbolic and spiritual as entering into a Dreamland.

That transition is the kind of complex point or place that we are trying to point to when we talk about this stuff. That is profound and cannot be glanced over. We have to invent a word to temper that boundary, so thats why "istemi" exists.

Life is abstract. These echo chambers are super complex, complicated like navigating internal pathways and external junctions. Its purely emotional and subjective and you have to experience it to know what you are talking about. Far too many people begin a conversation w/ me, describing a physical belief system, but it doesnt acknowledge the spiritual. Or i will encounter the opposite, where someone is explaining a spiritual realm, but its only phrased as "consciousness". That doesnt mean anything to me. And really, the only purpose here, the only reason that i bring up The Conscious Field and the Echo Chambers is to give yous a way to start to reframe your own internal temples and serapeums; A concrete place to rest on, so yous can atleast understand what is being described when i say "istemi" or "conscious field" or "echo chamber". These things are necessary features required in order to talk about everything else.

What is the Echo Chamber?

The Echo Chamber is both a literal sound device, an echo that one hears audibly, an echo that involves sound effects through the halls, and echo as in "lots of people relating to each other" (creating an echo chamber). It is all those things. You need the echo chamber to live. Your brain would shutdown without it. When you are just starting out, spiritually speaking, you dont understand how deep this all goes, so you dont know that its like, the standard place to rest. Rest doesnt mean "sleep", it means "echo chamber".

What is the Conscious Field? (We'll describe it at another time)

The Conscious Field is necessary, atleast working towards it, and in another post i might talk more about it, As its the "1st echo channel" in a more advanced spiritual path and discovery. Bottomline, its made of echo chambers. Even the beginner chambers are necessary, which was why i had considered not sharing this~beyond the prerequisite. Physical and metaphysical worlds are often separated, generally speaking (or just avoided through metaphysical speech), and the attempt to unify mystical and spiritual often gets the mainstream mixed up w/ what you are talking about. The Conscious Field cannot be illustrated, not easily atleast. It is very hard to describe what it means, what it represents. This is the attempt to solve that problem or to indicate its significance. The End.

The Conscious Field and The Echo Chamber is one of the most intricate subject matters, so take yous guys's time. Theres so many patterns and reocurring motifs that it hits, and im not even sure if ill be able to encapsulate them all~from here on out. Its up to yous to really expand upon it, and make them necessary threaded-connections and understandings.
