How do you manifest? You manifest through positive sensation and a symbol of your desire.  You need a symbol of your desire because you are turning thoughts or symbols into things and emotions activate the symbol.  What are sensations or emotions?  Sensations or emotions are activators and indicators of consciousness.

How do you manifest? 

Through visualization and meditation.  Visualise your desire then use emotion to evolve the visualization from thought to reality.  

How do you conjure the emotion- it seems difficult? 

You need to try to feel the emotions involved with the visualization.  If you have difficulty then focus on a positive sensation in the body while focusing on the visualization.  Why is emotion important?  Emotions are important for translating the vibration of your desire.  Why?  Emotions activate your desire and the visualization.  It's an activation device. 

Can orgasm or masturbation work while focusing on a visualization? 

Yes it can.  That is called sex magick. Sex magick involves the use of sexual energy to induce a desire to come to fruition.  

Is there an alternative for visualization? 

Yes there is.  You can use words and phrases.  You can use images.  Use something to represent your desire while focusing on a positive emotion or sensation.  

Acting out the desire is a symbol for your desire that releases a lot of positive emotion.  It's an extremely effective way of manifesting your desire.

How do you manifest? 

You manifest through the law of attraction.  Okay so the way we manifest is by focusing on an emotion and a visualization simultaneously.  The emotion activates the visualization.  You can focus on any positive emotion while focusing on a visualization.  You can create a positive emotion by smiling or by remembering a positive memory.  What about chakra work and filled with love in order to create a positive emotion?  Use anything you can to create a positive emotion of happiness such as art or music or asmr.  Anything you enjoy.  Then focus on a positive visualization at the same time.  Can I use something other than visualization, like words or images?  Yes you can.  Focus on anything related to your desire while focusing on a positive emotion.  

Your desire is moving from thought to physical manifestation.  It's a process.  

How do you manifest? 

You manifest through a symbol and a positive sensation.  A positive sensation manifests desires generally and a symbol manifests desires specifically.  You can have any desire- it doesn't matter which desire.  All desires symbolize similar things such as goodness and love.  To manifest specifically use a symbol for that desire and focus on that desire for at least 1 minute everyday.  It's important to focus on the same desire if you wish to manifest specifically.  Any desire is general.  Positive sensations include emotions, sensations in the body and sexual masturbation and orgasm.  Symbols include words, images, visualization, intention and videos.  Things become manifested by a symbol exiting thought or the abstract and entering the physical and concrete.  Focus on a positive sensation for 1 minute to significantly manifest.  Focus on a positive sensation for 30 minutes to majorly manifest.  Ticklish or itchy feelings in the body are positive sensation.  Intensity of positive sensation does not matter- as long as the sensation is positive.  Intensity of the symbol does not matter.  

How are shifting videos with positive sensation good? 

Shifting videos use an image or a moving image as a symbol.  Subliminal videos use intention as a symbol.  Does intention work as well as the other symbols?  Yes it does.  Intention is intending something to happen.  It's as effective as other types of symbols.

What is the difference between “Any desire” and positive sensation only? 

You manifest any desire you have within “Any Desire”, whereas you manifest generally good things when you have only positive sensation.  “Any desire” is more specific.  

How long do you have to focus on a specific symbol and positive sensation for to manifest significantly and majorly something specific?

Focus on a specific symbol and positive sensation for 10 minutes to manifest significantly and for 30 minutes to manifest majorly.  

Is intention (like a shifting video without an image) a symbol? 

Yes it is.  Intention is a symbol that does not use an obvious form but that utilises an image or symbol in your mind to manifest.  

Does positive sensation intensity matter?  No it does not.  You can have any level of positive sensation as long as it is a sensation and positive.  

What does positive sensation alone do? 

Positive sensation alone manifests positive things generally.  It is not specific. 

How does meditation help with manifestation? 

Meditation raises your vibration and gives you positive emotion.  Positive emotion manifests positive things generally- specifically with symbols.
