My musings:

Self can fall away. Self is the fearer of death. Death is the falling away of self. Self is caught between its own trap of death and the immobilizing fear of it. Self is the very cause of death from which it is attempting to avoid. An inevitable doom awaits.

Consciousness is as requisite for all experience(qualia) including selfhood, to occur.

Consciousness is not bound to experiences limited by or via selfhood. 

All of understanding, need or desire for, is a function of self. Consciousness need not understand anything.

All of love(limited form), need, or desire for, is function of self. Consciousness need not love anything.

This is distinct from Absolute Love, of which is Consciousness itself. The prerequisite for existence of any form. Love: being as existence itself.

Love is existence; To be Conscious. Consciousness is boundless. Absolute Beauty, Absolute Freedom; this is Love. Full, utter, expansiveness. In every direction. The words here will never touch This. It goes outwards & inwards in all dimension from no origin at all, yet it itself is unrestricted by dimensionality. It is the 'vision' through which any dimension is viewed. It has no edge, no definining __(feature?)__. The defining feature is its featurelessness. All inclusive exclusivity.

It is exponential potential. It is pure vision itself, existing as the highest vista. Within which any sight could behold or be beheld. The ultimate prospect. Pure, immediate presence. Undifferentiable, without division. It cannot go anywhere, as any & all places are held 'within' it, including this right here.

It is as endless sailing an infinite sea. Requiring no water, no boat, & no captain. (Abysmal attempt to metaphorically describe)

Question for contemplation:

What is 'Vision' itself made of?

Not any of the content held therein,

but the actual 'Vision' itself, the 'seeing of what is, or ability to', what is THAT made of?

Consciousness is the vision. Consciousness does the seeing. It is the seer.

The boundary between the seen and the seer dissolves. 

We are left with Consciousness. Here now, as it sits.

Consciousness has no inherent directions. 

Left right, up down,

These are Imagined by the self. These are the way the self navigates through the world. They must feel solid, they must feel real, so that the self may effectively utilize them to navigate. They are not simply a navigational tool. Upon disruption, or, recognition of the imaginary nature of direction, self begins to lose its footing. Self may begin to panic, as the loss of navigation is the beginning of the loss of self.

Self will surely recognize this in the heat of the moment. Self may wish to put an immediate end to this process, as upon further continuation of its unfoldment, ego may pass the threshold of non-returnal. Ego swiftly turns back, in this panic, searching for the trail that led it there, so that it can make for an escape, back into limited, constricted consciousness. A desperate search ensues. If ego has already passed the threshold of non-returnal, the path will be nonexistent, as even the path was part of egos navigational framework. Dissolution becomes nearly inevitable. The collapse of identity and all skills associated with it is bound to occur 

Its a long way down...

But it can happen rather quickly, or quite slowly indeed. As time itself is part of the ego's navigation. This too begins to dissolve.

Without prior experience navigating this type of occurrence, sheer panic shall incur. Even with experience, ego never fails to terrorize itself.
