UAE to leave OPEC in 3 days

Not too sure what this will lead to and imply but it seems like more fracturing of the world order and more chaos and volatility.

UAE wants to sell as much oil as it wants which is good for us globally short term? It's gonna lower the price of oil where as Saudi wants to keep it high(the main player in OPEC.)
