"Accountability Acknowledged — And a Call for Reciprocity

I was recently called into accountability by the Administrador  regarding my conduct in this forum. Specifically, I was told that my tone has become combative and inflammatory, that I have engaged in personal attacks against members, made accusations, and taken on a moralistic, self-righteous posture that isn't appropriate here.

I hear that. I acknowledge it, and I am committed to making arguments on their merits — without personal attacks, without impugning anyone's integrity, and without turning debates into crusades.

That said, I want to be transparent with the community: I accept this accountability fully, and I ask that it go both ways. The same standards I am being held to — respectful engagement, good faith argumentation, no personal attacks — I will also expect to be applied when others direct those same behaviors toward me. Not as a condition of my commitment to improve, but as a matter of basic reciprocity.

I'm not asking for a pass. I'm asking for a level playing field. I believe that's fair, and I believe this community is capable of it.

Tell me anyone here if you can read this post not as a men. Read as you were a woman. Desacration is the word. Desregard of the Sovereignty of Woman is the issue. I dont want to hear no more stupid unfounded bypassy excuses from men in this Forum. Woman are tired of your sneaky dismissing  games. I am tired. You dont need to be a woman to be in favor of woman Rigths. 

This is a self development Forum. Some people  are vomiting here and calling it insights

If you feel you are being mistreated, or treated by other users in a way that violates the guidelines - please report the post for review.

There is no shame in reporting. It is not some sort of signal you are not capable of settling your own conflicts - the moderators are here precisely to step in with an impartial perspective. They’re not (or, ideally, should not be) emotionally involved in the situation, which allows them to assess things fairly and consistently.

We are here to help and keep the peace 

You are doing an honorable thing; championing the horrible atrocities that are committed against people. Sometimes our methods of persuasion fail us, and when this happens it is easy to blame others. When in reality, we can always find a way to reach someone with an alternative method of communication.

Or, simply, pick our battles when an immovable object meets an unstoppable force
