They would follow this basic algorithm:

- Recognise a human, without reference to race, religion, appearance, attire, etc.

- They would be programmed to judge all things by the DSM and the proper interpretation of such.

- if they fail, they're terminated and then reprogrammed. This is done in public viewing to improve transparency
