Sense Making is only an Aspect of the Dream

10 posts in this topic

This right here is the dream.

Sights, sounds, feelings, smells, tastes.

Then we have cognition, which sits atop the basic five senses.

Cognition includes, intuition, thoughts, & the emotions.

This is the basic structure of human experience.

Sense making is a profoundly deep aspect of the dream. Not only does sense making occur within the cognitive realms, but it also appears to occur at the very level of perception itself.

Sense making is the all encompassing framework of ego.

It is a constant & active process. If sense making suddenly stopped you would go insane.

Sense making has paradoxical effect within the dream. As the dream, under proper conditions, begins to make sense of itself, and to make sense of its true nature.

This become very astonishing and profoundly hard to word here.

Now, Voyager, sail thou forth to seek & find."

Don’t make sense.

Senses are known, and that which is known knows nothing.

Yeah but here I am, staring at a screen, and I can see nobody else. It's literally just me here.

The screen at which you stare goes much deeper than the device you find in hand.

This is the dream screen.

Consciousness, a display on which any formulation of pixels may be arranged.

Yes, the screen is being looked upon there as an imprint upon the screen of consciousness here.
You are the projector,  the projection, and the screen, all in one. One is quite an impressionist, yah!

Consciousness is way trippy.

An eye can't look at itself. But consciousness can look at itself, in fact it's its primary attribute. That being so, what does consciousness "see" so to speak? I think if there was no meaning making at all, then consciousness wouldn't happen at all. What consciousness sees is then all meaning and nothing else. If there was no meaning, you wouldn't go insane, you'd disappear into a void.

Raising consciousness is then making ever finer and more intricate meaning from itself, this happens naturally as it goes about its business. There are levels of meaning, when you're sleeping a night dream has less meaning. You wake up and realise the dream was nonsensical.

The future can be real. The future can be again.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Yet another paradox straight out of pandoras box.

The deeper sense does not belong to humans. We are not the center.
