Topic Request: If science is not the Truth, then why does it work?

Science is true in the relative! And it works inside its domain. Science is not even untrue outside of this domain, it's useless and meaningless. 

Leo has already a video series about science and he explains these topics with a very holistic perspective. You should check it, it's very entertaining.
