Russia - The Hope of the world?

There is a trend of right-wing people from the West moving to Russia in the belief that it is some conservative utopia, but it turns out to be hell because Russia is not an immigrant-friendly country.

Conservative people have this idea that in Russia, men are still men, and women are still women. Arguments are settled in an MMA fight, as they should be, and women know their place: to be extremely sexy and pursue rich men.

All of this is washed down with copious amounts of vodka to combat depression. It sounds like a fascinating plan.

@Lila9 heh heh so tldr - it's all shit in different forms? Poking fun, but I agree.

It's easy to look on externally and form some opinions from that surface; the reality of living it is another thing entirely.

Hahaha I know right?

Imagine living in Russia for years under Putin with all the corruption maybe thinking about an escape plan and some people elsewhere who have barely been there for half a year idealizing the exact country you are desperately trying to move out of. What a cognitive dissonance.

This is interesting because Russian women are the opposite of the submissive woman stereotype. They can be very harsh, even beyond the level that Western men are used to.

@Ramasta9 Since you think that the covid vaccines (or "jabs" as you would label it)  were really bad and were part of some big global scale malicious collaboration - what do you think about the promotion and the distribution of the Sputnik vaccine (and if you are categorically against all vaccines, since you have the habit of vaguely gesturing towards "unnatural" things being bad - what do you think about all the other vaccines that were created by Russia) ?

but never forget your human and organic nature that thinks and feels and senses and knows things beyond the surface layer.

And how do you navigate disagreements, when your organic nature disagrees with another vibes based politics organic nature?

In those cases, why do you conclude that your vibes are more accurate compared to the the vibes that the other person has?

I've met some Russians, both men and women, and they were all depressive. There's something bitter about them, but I suppose it's not universal for all Russians

Perhaps being Russian is harder than being from other places; their history is extremely difficult.
