He’s been motivated to speak out on political issues and corruption so I figured his understanding would expand more since I last watched him.

Not really, sometimes i enjoy music while driving but not podcasts. I don't like too many sounds / things going on at once.

I like to run / exercise in silence with the breath, feels more meaningful / rewarding / insightful.
