Audio tracks in other languages

@Leo Gura When could we expect the videos to be translated / audio dubbed / have audio tracks for other languages?

For example I would love to send some of your videos to my parents to watch / listen to but they would have difficulty understanding.

Would you be against using AI when YouTube rolls out such a feature? Expanding consciousness worldwide is at stake.
