🎙️ Project Sadhana: Honest Talks with Fellow Seekers

The intention is simple: explore how practice helps us navigate suffering, confusion, awakening, and the everyday challenges of being human.

It’s not a monetized project and it isn’t about chasing views. In fact, the project itself began during one of the lowest points in my life. • The psychological and existential struggles seekers face
• Different traditions and frameworks—from Advaita to Christianity and beyond
• What truly helps someone grow and mature spiritually
