I found this video interesting, because is not like a usual podcast, Dr. K pushes back a lot on the fundamentals of psychology and the structure of the human mind.

around and hour and 11 minutes in, Dr K talks a little bit about the benefits of ego-death, which I think is cool!

"if you look at your experience of existence, there is more to you than thoughts, emotions and ego"

"there are studies that show that you can predict the therapeutic benefit of a psychedelic trip, based on an ego-death experience"

"it has to do with the deactivation of the default mode network"
