Experiences being uploaded into conciousness.

I had a strange dream where I was drinking alot and embarrassing myself. During the dream I had a thought that I wasnt drinking at all, these experiences were being uploaded to my consciousness and I was just sitting there reacting to them. People were attacking me and I said I didnt do that it was just an experience that happened and was brought to my attention. I was paying more attention to it and I saw the uploads happening, like a movie being played out that has already happened before it reaches my consciousness. My consciousness not part of the experience but the reactor and believer of what the movie was showing me. While engaged with the movie I was feeling like I was being an asshole, when I dissociated with the movie and was witnessing from consciousness I could see none of it was me, and me as consciousness, was being gaslit into believing the experiences where something I chose to do.

Well that's what happening at all scales . When you designed this life you designed dreams as breadcrumbs to help you awaken to your true self . Like an analogy for life .

@Someone hereIt gave me an insight into how it works. A scenario will be uploaded 'IRL' and you either agree that you did it or you can say I didnt do it and you dont accept the upload. Like you can say I didnt live this day. Today has nothing to do with me. It was made up and shown to me and I can accept that it happened or say I had no part in it. If I accept I had a part in it I am being gaslit into beleiving that.
