£ 420,000 investing , 3% safe withdrawal advice

So I have this amount.  It's invested with ' medium risk ' . Free time is top asset . Work part time plus 3 percent takeout per year and I can have 5 days free a week . The money compounds less but it still compounds by quite a chunk and I also have the ability to live in cities I want to without being stuck living with my mum with  that free time instead . 

Any thoughts on spending the money this way ,  or advice for how you would go about this . It's buys freedom of time for making more money though life purpose .
